Over the years, through trial and error and a lot of hard work, we have honed our pathway to results to service our clients using the easiest, most cost-effective pathway to producing successful outcomes, every time. When we talk with you more closely, we’ll review this methodology with you and determine how we can serve you best. 

Initial Enquiry

The Irish Joinery Company is built around our vision of delivering a high quality finish on time and on budget. This aim informs every aspect of each project from design, manufacture to installation and it all starts with a thorough and collaborative consultation period. Upon receiving your project enquiry or tender, details will be passed on to our team of estimators for review. We bring our expertise to support you at every stage of your project – starting with a clear consultation and briefing process. Upon receiving your project enquiry, your details will be passed onto our estimators who will review your project. We understand the importance of getting your project exactly right first time; in order to achieve this, it’s vital we understand your project from the start. We’ll listen carefully to your requirements and work with you to create a design that ticks all the right boxes, using our experience to suggest alternative ideas or materials where appropriate to ensure the final design is exactly how you envisaged. We appreciate that timing is crucial on every project. We’ll work with you to implement a realistic timeframe and forward-plan your project accurately.

Site Meeting

Every beautiful space begins with an idea. And that idea begins with the space itself. You’ll meet with one of our team on site, who will see your space so that we can see what the possibilities are. You can outline your vision for the space. You can tell us about your customer base and what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll share our ideas with you so you get the benefit of our years of experience and our creative skills.

Site Survey

The fine details are crucially important in commercial fit-out design work. We’ll get the measurements correct, right down to the millimetre. You don’t have to lose sleep worrying that cabinetry won’t fit or that there will be unsightly design disasters. From the site survey, the fabrication drawings are sent for approval, once signed off the drawings are marked construction and sent to manufacturing. The Project Manager, Design Manager and Workshop manager work together to ensure all design details are adhered to deliver client satisfaction. We will make sure our products and designs are tailored to fit around you and your project requirements.

Cost

Let us know what your budget is so we can work within it to deliver a space that you will fall in love with. And you can rest assured we’ll provide maximum value for money. Our estimators will review your project specifications and contact you to discuss the costings.

Design

We love the opportunity to provide bespoke designs to create a look unique to your project. At this stage, our design team will work with you to develop drawings according to your project specifications. The smallest details often have the biggest impact, so our team will work with you to ensure that even the smallest design details are fully thought through. You’re presented with a 3D design concept that lets you get a real feel for what the space will look like. We can spend some time tweaking the design with you to make it absolutely perfect. You’re also given a completely transparent proposal. Along with an expected timeline for the transformation to take place. The Irish Joinery Company prides itself on bringing jobs in on time and on budget. We are a design focused bespoke joinery and fitout specialist, skilled at translating and developing designs into inspiring completed work, this is due to having years of experience working with exclusive designers, architects and private clients.

Manufacture

After your drawings have been approved, The design part of the journey is brought to a close and we get to work bringing your vision to life. The fabrication drawings will be handed to our workshop for production in our manufacturing facility. All the time working closely with the project manager to ensure that the agreed programme timelines are adhered to. While we are committed to maintaining traditional joinery manufacturing methods, we have invest heavily in the latest manufacturing technologies. Our In house workshop means we have control over the manufacturing and what’s more, we’ve got plenty of space to store completed products until you need them. You can rest assured that our products will be ready to be delivered and installed on site right when you need them.

Installation

Our team of skilled craftsmen are the backbone of our business. Once on site, you can expect the same level of care and attention to detail from the installation team. All installation is undertaken by our own team off fitters, this ensures that we maintain a high level of control over the planning, management and quality of the installation on site. Our installation team are all highly trained with all fitters holding CSR, SafePass & CSCS cards and numerous other Qualifications. Our expert installation team all have many years of experience and take great pride in delivering our projects. Our Installation team Work closely with our design and manufacturing teams, they understand our products and will make sure that they look and perform exactly as specified.

Handover

What drives us is client satisfaction. So, we’re not happy unless you’re happy and we won’t sign off a project until you are completely satisfied that everything is exactly as it should be. We pride ourselves in looking after our clients and ensuring prompt and effective aftercare, whether it be a small adjustment or more significant modifications required later down the line. We do our utmost to accommodate changes and adjustments to the design along the way and we are always on hand to answer any queries post completion in an efficient manner.
